Travel retailer Hudson Group has been awarded a new contract to provide a variety of news/gift and specialty retail offerings in Terminal 1, Boarding Area “C” of San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
“SFO is known throughout the industry for having one of the top concession programs in the U.S.,” said Joe DiDomizio, president and CEO, Hudson Group. “So we were delighted to be selected to bring our package of exciting national and regional brands to Area C. This award expands our footprint in the airport to over 4,000 sq. ft.”
Airport Director John L Martin noted, “It’s always a pleasure to see an established concession tenant such as Hudson Group expand its services at SFO, particularly when that company is one of the nation’s premier news and gift operators. We are pleased that Hudson is providing high quality service and goods to our passengers, and we look forward to our continuing partnership.”
Three new spaces were awarded to Hudson – a Hudson News/Discover San Francisco combination store, a CNN San Francisco newsstand, and Gallerie San Francisco.
