The ICAO and Angola have launched a Next Generation of Aviation Professionals strategy to develop a sustainable aviation workforce, enhancing training and attracting diverse talent.
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Government of Angola have agreed to cooperate on developing a national Next Generation of Aviation Professionals (NGAP) strategy.
This ambitious new agreement was signed by Bernarda Henrique, President of the Board of Directors of the National Air Navigation Company (ENNA-EP), on behalf of the Minister of Transport, Ricardo Daniel Sandão Quérois Viegas de Abreu, and ICAO Secretary General, Juan Carlos Salazar. It represents a significant step toward establishing a sustainable and robust aviation workforce to support the country’s growing air transport system.
