Korean Air launches flights to Cambodia

Korean Air has launched seasonal flights between Seoul and Cambodia`s capital Phnom Penh. Also, on November 15, Korean Air will launch direct seasonal services to Cambodia`s second city Siem Reap. The new flights will operate for the winter season until 24 March 2007.



These two destinations are gateways to ancient cities and temples such as Angkor Wat, in a country widely considered one of Asia`s last unspoiled gems. Flights will be operated by Korean Air`s Boeing 737-800s.



Also, Korean Air launched a weekly scheduled service from Seoul Incheon to Kathmandu, Nepal. Using a Boeing 777-200 Korean Air will depart Seoul Incheon every Monday reaching Kathmandu, Tribhuvan International Airport. Korean Air will expand service to 2 or possibly 3 flights a week next spring.



Additionally, Korean Air has launched new services to Kota Kinabalu on Malaysian Borneo, Pattaya in Thailand and

Changsha in China, adding to its portfolio of gateways in mainland China.
