NIKI, the number one tourist airline, is offering holidaymakers a new selection of delicious in-flight menus. Passengers will decide how tasty these are. 150 people
have the opportunity to select and test their preferred NIKI meal free of charge.

During August, anyone who has booked their holiday flight with NIKI can become a food tester. The airline has adapted its range of food and drink in line with the summer
temperatures and is serving refreshing meals to suit every taste.

NIKI's new menu includes delicacies known to everyone from their local bistro: a spicy sandwich with cheddar, caramelised onion chutney with salad, a panini with BBQ
chicken, a light quinoa and vegetable salad with Asian lime dressing or rigatoni in creamy tomato sauce with courgette, aubergine, mozzarella and Grana Padano.

By offering this promotional event, NIKI is enabling air passengers to help shape the in-flight menu for the coming autumn/winter. Passengers are to rate which dishes they enjoy and also have the opportunity to submit their own suggestions. NIKI is thereby able to tailor its in-flight menu even closer to customers’ needs.

And it's this easy to become a food tester for NIKI:
Interested tasters can send a message to NIKI with their booking information (name, travel date and flight number), and state which dish they would like to test and why they are ideally suited to be a food tester. 150 people will be selected from all applicants, who will be notified before departure and then receive their chosen in-flight meal, along with a survey.

NIKI Bistro deals
NIKI Bistro deals allow passengers to enjoy popular combinations at extremely reasonable prices. On offer are tea or coffee with a tasty muffin, or a tapas box with a glass of wine, to get passengers in the holiday mood. Bistro deals also include a combination of a sandwich or panini, plus a drink and a sweet snack at a great price.
The drinks menu ranges from mineral water, through sparkling organic juices and traditional lemonade, to alcoholic beverages. So, you can toast to your holiday or journey home with an Aperol spritz, prosecco or gin and tonic. In addition to wine and beer, NIKI's new menu also includes popular in-flight snacks, such as peanuts, crisps and tomato juice.
