Milan Bergamo Airport launches Nile Air’s new thrice-weekly service to Cairo starting June 28, 2024, enhancing connectivity and destination diversity.

Milan Bergamo Airport announce the launch of a new service to Cairo by Nile Air, commencing 28 June 2024. The introduction of Nile Air’s three weekly flights further enriches Milan Bergamo Airport’s robust network of destinations, providing travellers with even more convenient access to one of Egypt’s most vibrant and historic cities.

Utilising a modern fleet of 164-seat Airbus A320 aircraft on the route, Nile Air will offer passengers a comfortable and reliable travel experience. Flights will operate on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays, providing travellers with increased flexibility when planning their itineraries.

Giacomo Cattaneo, Director of Commercial Aviation at SACBO, expressed his enthusiasm for the new partnership, stating: “We are delighted to welcome Nile Air to Milan Bergamo Airport and to introduce their new route to Cairo. This summer, Milan Bergamo Airport offers a record number of flights to Egypt. Alongside Cairo, nonstop flights are available to Alexandria, Marsa Alam, and Sharm El Sheikh. With more than 150 destinations spanning three continents, Milan Bergamo Airport continues to expand its global reach. Nile Air joins the airport’s esteemed roster of carriers, further enhancing the diverse portfolio of services.
