How many golf courses can you find in Cabo San Lucas?
Golf Digest has added to the list of 2018 top 100 courses, including four of the region's 16 golf courses, which is compiled annually by the magazine keeping out the United States. 

Cabo del Sol Ocean Golf Course, Quivira, and Querencia are included. It is not uncommon to see new Cabo San Lucas golf courses listed in many other rankings of top golf courses in the world.

What’s the best area to play golf in Cabo San Lucas?
According to Golf Digest, these are some of the best courses in Los Cabos, which ranked it among the top 15 golf destinations in the world.

Palmilla
Playing 27 holes of golf on Palmilla's three 9-hole courses is an experience. Depending on the year, greens fees range from $140 to $220 in the off-season and high season, respectively.

Cabo Real Golf Club
Many notable golf events have been held on the Cabo Real course, including two PGA Senior Slams. The course front nine is known as the most difficult in Los Cabos. It costs anything from $140-$280 for a round of golf at a course.

Diamante's Dunes Course
It is one of the region's newest and most popular golf courses north of Cabo San Lucas and is about six kilometers in distance. A round of golf here costs between $200 and $275.

Cabo Del Sol Ocean Course
The Ocean Course, created by Jack Nicklaus, is amongst the best world golf courses. In the peak season, summer greens fees start at $180 and rise to $355.

Cabo Del Sol Desert Course
The second-highest-ranked golf course in the Los Cabos area is Cabo Del Sol. This course is one of Cabo's greatest bargains, with greens fees ranging from $150 to $255.

What about Private Golf Courses?
Some of Cabo's private golf courses require you to be accompanied by a golf member or to be hanging on the resort to participate.

A golf course at Chileno Bay
This golf course is a must-play for golf enthusiasts of all skill levels, with a vantage point overlooking Chileno Bay. Golfers staying at this resort may play on this private golf course.

Querencia Golf Club
Located in the southernmost part of the Baja California peninsula, Querencia Golf & Country Club is a popular destination for visitors to Los Cabos. Waters from the Sea of Cortez practically encircle this stunning landscape. Tom Fazio created one of Querencia’s two courses. It is his debut in Mexico, and it is already gotten a lot of attention. 

One of the best golf courses in Mexico, according to Golfweek. Three hundred acres are taken up by a sprawling design that uses the area's many arroyos and cool, dry plateaus. It is situated in a unique location that provides views of the desert, the sea, and the city.

The El Dorado Golf Course
The course offers a tranquil setting of arroyos and canyons with some breathtaking ocean vistas at numerous points. It is solely open to members and their visitors.

Cabo San Lucas has seven public golf courses, all of which are stunning and highest caliber.

Cove Club Golf Course
One of the region's most beautiful swimmable beaches, the Cove Club Course by Jack Nicklaus, is located in the heart of the Gold Coast corridor between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas and is observed amongst the world's best golf courses.

Cabo Real
The course is nestled into the slopes of the desert, where each hole offers breathtaking views. A combination of high fairways and short, free-form greens make up this course.

Cabo Del Sol Desert
The Sea of Cortez can be seen from every hole on the Cabo Del Sol Desert Course, which mixes the splendor of the desert with the ocean.

The Cabo Country Club in San Diego, California
Playing this course is one of the most difficult experiences in the area. There are many flowering Bougainvilleas in the desert surrounding it, plus cactus.

Campestre
Gary Nicklaus created the course at Campestre, which offers dramatic elevation changes, expansive views, and championship-caliber greens.

Puerto Los Cabos Golf
The 27-hole Puerto Los Cabos Golf Club is a championship course in the undulating desert foothills above the Sea of Cortez.

What is the cost of playing golf in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico?
During peak season, you can expect to pay between $200 and $300 for expenses such as green fees, among others.

During "twilight" hours, some of the finest courses offer rates below $100. 

Renting a set of golf clubs is around $40, exclusive of other budgets like food and beverages, which should be included when calculating your costs. Tip and taxes are examples of additional costs.
