Vacation rental management platform iGMS named airbnb’s preferred software partner

Over the course of six months, Airbnb assessed iGMS using four main requirements.

iGMS, a leading, all-in-one vacation rental management software for professional hosts and property managers, has been named Airbnb’s Preferred Software Partner, for a second year in a row. While there are many vacation rental management software solutions available on the market, fewer than 30 have been identified as Airbnb’s top-performing partners, making this achievement even more noteworthy.

Over the course of six months, Airbnb assessed iGMS using four main requirements: minimum standards, feature adoption, integration quality, and performance targets. Not only did iGMS meet all four of these requirements, but its integration quality and feature offering were also rated as excellent. 

One of the several features that make iGMS such a great choice is that it’s one of few tools in this category to offer two different pricing models to its users. Hosts and property managers can either sign up for a monthly subscription (which includes a generous discount of up to 33% if they opt to be billed yearly) or opt to be charged a fee per transaction instead. The latter pricing model (called its Flex plan) charges hosts only $1 per booked night. This is a great option for properties that experience a drop in bookings during the slower season.  

Airbnb has praised the comprehensive feature offering of iGMS, but the dev team at iGMS is not planning to rest soon. Their team continuously explores ways to make their software’s feature offering even more impressive. For example, iGMS recently introduced a new security deposit feature aimed at hosts who are interested in accepting direct bookings in addition to reservations via Airbnb and other popular vacation rental booking sites. What’s more, to help hosts attract and manage direct bookings, it also includes an easy-to-use, vacation rental website builder that it also launched recently. 

Ivan Levchenko, the co-founder and CEO of iGMS, explains, “As a host myself, I’ve discovered that there are several time-consuming, routine tasks that can easily be automated. Our cloud-based vacation rental software can help both hosts and property managers to streamline their day-to-day hosting activities, helping them to grow their Airbnb rental portfolio faster. The vacation rental industry has grown significantly and it inspires us to help our users unlock the same growth. In fact, some of our users have managed to triple their number of properties in just a year.”

Not only has iGMS been identified as one of Airbnb’s preferred partners again, but various review sites have also given their software recognition for their dedication to their clients and the short-term rental industry. In 2021 alone, it was featured by Capterra, Digital.com, SoftwareWorld, GetApp, and Software Advice.

Other exciting features that their team is working on include SMS notifications. This feature will be available as a paid add-on that will help teams stay up to speed with daily operations and important events such as early check-ins and guest emergencies. The texts will be editable to ensure that hosts can continue to offer a personalized service to their guests, helping to improve the overall guest experience.
