Airport Development 2006 is a world first. A major five-day international event organised by the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation (CAPA) with key partners including Airports Council International (ACI) and IJK and Associates, supported by Civil Air Navigation Services Organisation (CANSO), the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB).



The event aims to draw together global aviation investors and strategic interests in Airport and ANS development essential to future development of airports in the emerging markets.



By bringing a global focus to Asia Pacific, Middle East and Eastern European issues, this event highlights the need to share experiences in state of the art finance/investments, regulations & policies, privatisation, retail strategies, latest infrastructure, strategic and new technology requirements for these rapidly emerging markets. Established by industry specialists, the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation has designed a landmark conference for 2006.

A number of the region’s airport s will detail their plans looking towards the finance sector for investment, while investors will discuss potential returns in the competitive marketplace, and the potential growth of airport investment models in the emerging markets.
