The Egypt 5th International Yoga Festival will take place at the stunning, 5 star Domina Coral Bay Elisir Hotel in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt from 25th to 30th November 2011.
Sharm El Sheik is situated on the Southern tip of the Sinai peninsula, Egypt. With the Red Sea on one side and the mountains of Mount Sinai on the other. The hotel comprises a number of two and three story buildings constructed in the Moorish style set in magnificent tropical gardens with many pools and fronting Coral Bay on the Red Sea. It has a fully equipped gym providing Spa and beauty treatments, Thalasso Therapy, Hydro massage and many more.
There will Yoga teachers from a wide range of styles providing classes from gentle through intermediate up to advanced. Plus there will be morning and evening meditation and lectures & workshops on Yoga theory. Some of the teachers are already shown on the festival website, more are being added regularly.
Egypt Yoga Festival 2011 will focus on your connection with yourself and your connection with others. Through Yoga, Meditation, Relaxation, Self- inquiry and Voice Work, you will connect inwardly. Through Partner Yoga, Massage, Tantsu, Sharing, Dance, Existential Dyads, Chanting and shared experiences you will open up to connect with others.
The Egypt Fifth International Yoga Festival will be held 25–30 November, 2011 at the Domina Coral group of hotels at the beach at Sharm el-Sheikh, Red Sea. Our theme this year is ‘Egypt Back to Freedom’, which is the highest goal of yoga, freedom – Kaivalya – and also for the freedom of the people of Egypt, following their successful revolution in February 2011.
