F&K Group consists of F&K, Kirilis Bros S.A. and Shape S.A.
F&K, Kirilis Bros S.A. is a commercial and constructional institution, specialized in design and materialization of project designs, with main object the equipment of multi-morphic entertainment areas.
Shape S.A. is a company that designs, operates and utilizes projects assigned to SHAPE either for construction or for operation (managing) having as an object the creation and utilization of multi-morphic entertainment areas. The GROUP occupies the most trained designing department in Greece; competent establishments to service the constructive needs and wants, absolutely trained personnel and co-operations all over the world, which reinsure the necessary transfer of Know-How. This is safeguarded by the existence of newly owned factory facilities in Elefsina, and of total surface 15.000 m2. By this chance the company wishes also to develop in the highest degree possible its new constructive activities and to achieve the absolute quality check of all its products. Proof for these efforts is the exclusive collaboration with Amusement Leisure in the wider areas of Europe, Middle East and North Africa. The constructive activity of the company consists of four (4) sub activities / groups of products.
Briefly, these are:
- Slider: Waterslide systems, based on DIN 7937 Standards
- Kintel: Outdoor playgrounds, based on EN 1176 & 1177 European Standards
- Defin: Indoor playgrounds, based on EN 1176 & 1177 European Standards
- Stylon: City facilities, based on DIN European Standards
- ABOR: Equipment of athletic installations and commerce of well-known athletic products, based on IAAF & FIBA Standards.
The activities of KINTEL and DEFIN respond also to the need of construction of small thematic areas of water and/or sand. The new machinery of high technology for creation of items that are used for the complete formation of external areas (e.g. artificial rocks, sceneries’ creation, decorational covering of various surfaces, water falls etc) provide with the potential of equipping completely every kind of area.
The GROUP is occupied with construction and operation of multi-morphic entertainment areas and athletic centers. It designs and constructs areas based on the national regulations and application conditions that are pointed out by the cooperation with Amusement Leisure and the certificates of quality DIN, EN, ISO 9001 & 9002, NATIONAL RECREATION & PARK ASSOCIATION, TUV PRODUCT SERVICES.

The GROUP has as a strategic plan the construction and operation of a network of multi-morphic entertainment areas in the Greek market with the joint-venture system.
The company is oriented in designing and operating small and middle areas, and in their formation in entertainment centers. Shape’s target is the creation and utilization of a multi-morphic area network, where each of these areas will be a separate thematic park, as well as the selling of ready-made parks. Most of the constructions that SHAPE S.A. manages result from KIRILIS BROS S.A.
