More than 150 Managers and Directors of diverse Latin American companies participated in AV-Business & Communication‘s survey.
The sixth edition of the survey on Incentives and Motivation in Latin America sponsored by AV-Business & Communication, yielded interesting results. The number of companies using Incentive Programs has been growing in the past years, reaching a total of more than 60% of our sample.
The first relevant result has to do with destinies chosen for incentive travels: Argentina, Brasil and México make the podium, followed by Europe, The Caribbean and United States of America; That’s why we say Executives prefer destinies within the region.
According to Alejandro Verzoub, president of AV-Business & Communication, and expert on Incentive Travels and Programs: “This is an opportunity presented and empowered by the global crisis: the development of a market grouping South and Central America, and Mexico. Many local corporations have programs which include incentive travels to reward clients and employees and its a great way to counter the dependence, sometimes excessive, on emissive markets such as U.S.A or Europe.
