81% of travel and transport customers have made travel policy changes in light of coronavirus

Nearly 1/3 of customers reported no changes at all to travel patterns.

Travel and Transport has asked its customers and global agency network for feedback on the impact that coronavirus is having on business travel, and the actions they are taking due to the outbreak. They fielded a survey over February 25-27 2020 and received responses from 86 global customers and 30 of our global TMC members.

They've collated the results into this new whitepaper called 'How Should You Update Your Travel Policy in the Light of Coronavirus?' which includes statistics on changes to travel patterns and travel bans/restrictions, as well as listing some of the most common actions taken.
