The Tourism Academy, Red Sea Global, and EduGuideKSA celebrate 3,000 graduates from the English For Tourism program, boosting sustainable tourism workforce development.
The Tourism Academy, in collaboration with Red Sea Global and EduGuideKSA, announces the successful completion of the 2024 English For Tourism program. This groundbreaking six-month initiative has culminated in nearly 3,000 graduates, now certified and ready to contribute to the blossoming tourism workforce surrounding the sustainable Red Sea development project.
The English For Tourism program, designed to enhance language proficiency and professional skills for tourism professionals, featured a rich curriculum. Participants benefited from a comprehensive suite of educational resources, including live coaching, tutorials, online self-paced lessons, live instruction from the esteemed Dr. Rehab Daif, practical assessments, engaging exercises, and app-based support. The program was further enriched by high-profile guest speakers and a personal visit from Tourism Academy’s CEO and Co-founder, Stephen Ekstrom.
During his visit to the region, Ekstrom and representatives from Red Sea Global took part in the regenerative mangrove forest project, symbolizing their commitment to sustainable tourism. This marked the first strategic partnership of its kind, further cementing the collaboration between Tourism Academy and Red Sea Global.
