This year's tourism and travel show "Tourism Panorama 2001" is getting set to open its doors with a record 20 percent more participants than last's years event. The show, described as the most significant exhibit of its sort in Greece, and which is being organized by the Kalofolia Group, is expected to be held on April 25-29, 2001. This year's show is to host more booths with a diverse line of tourism services and other related products such as hotels and hotel accommodations, sea and air travel to and about Greece and travel agencies are also expected to introduce exemplary travel and holiday packages. In addition, British Airways and Cyprus Airways are also anticipated to participate for the first time in this year's show as is the company Amadeus Hellas. At the same time many tourism officials from various prefectures all over the country will also take part and present their districts to all concerned. This year's show, however, is going to be held under a different atmosphere since it is going to be housed at the new and upgraded Attica Helexpo exhibition hall in Marousi. The building is certainly going to offer participants more opportunities to better display their products as well as welcome more onlookers and guests. Domestic travel will surely top most discussions at this year's major travel event, and remain the basic axis of the conference, not omitting other areas of interest such as the

revitalization of the tourism market, the development of tourism and tourism products, the better projection of Greece abroad, etc.
