The NFHS partners with Groups360 for three years, making GroupSync the exclusive hotel booking engine for member schools, simplifying accommodations for sports and academic group travel.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN – The NFHS announced that it has inked a three-year agreement with Groups360 as the official and exclusive hotel booking engine of the NFHS. The new partnership provides NFHS state association member schools with unlimited access to GroupSync, Groups360’s online hotel marketplace for groups that allows travel organizers to search, compare, and book hotel rooms and meeting space for their student and sports travel needs.
“As travel for high school sports teams, academic, and performing arts groups continue to gain momentum, we needed a partner that could provide an easy solution for high school administrators and travel organizers to find and book hotel accommodations for academic and sports travel,” NFHS CEO Dr. Karissa Niehoff said. “Groups360’s GroupSync provides an ideal solution, and we’re excited to offer GroupSync to our state associations’ members through this new partnership agreement.”
Through GroupSync, academic and sports travel organizers can easily search for, compare, and book hotels online at the lowest available group rates. Travel organizers will have access to real-time room rates and availability for thousands of hotels, with many offering the ability to book a group directly on GroupSync without needing to contact a hotel. GroupSync will also give travel organizers an easier way to find and book hotels based on their proximity to a sports event, budget, timeframe, and other requirements, such as meeting space needs and catering options.
“We’re honored to be partnering with NFHS as its official, exclusive hotel booking partner – offering athletic administrators and team travel organizers a faster and more streamlined way to find and book the most appropriate hotels for their students and teams at the lowest group rates when booked online with GroupSync,” said Kemp Gallineau, President and CEO for Groups360. “Sports travel is a rapidly growing sector of the group market for hotels – and we’re thrilled to support this growth through our partnership and with GroupSync, as we continue to expand our services and solutions for student and team travel organizers around the world.”
