15 new hotels join the Valpas standard community to make every trip bed bug safe

Returning home with bed bugs is every traveller’s worst nightmare and poses growing health risks – approx. 40% have experienced it at least once. Valpas let’s hotels permanently solve this by freeing guests in-room from the bed bugs they may carry, so guests return home safely and the hotel never gets infested.

Valpas, the new tech-enabled design standard that empowers hotels to make every trip bed bug safe, welcome 15 new member hotels to its global community of more than 150 safe hotels and hospitality provides across 21 cities from Helsinki to Lisbon, Paris to Tallinn.

None of this should be possible, and yet it is. Travellers can let go of all fears and just need to look for the digital Valpas label on hotel websites pre-booking to ensure the hotel is safe and adheres to the highest overall hygiene standards in the wake of the covid pandemic, like the following new members:

Portugal
Pestana Citadela Cascais by Pestana Hotels & Resorts, Cascais. Denmark
