ALTIDO launches Luxe property collection in Europe

The curated list of 20 high-end properties aims to meet traveler demand luxury holiday experiences in 2023

LONDON UK – ALTIDO, the fastest-growing property management company in Europe, has announced a new collection of 20 luxury properties in England, Scotland, Portugal, and Italy.

The company manages over 2,500 properties across Europe, with a diverse portfolio of apartments, townhouses, aparthotels, and serviced apartments. The new curated ‘Luxe Collection’ has been designed to appeal to discerning travelers looking for standout and luxurious places to stay in key European destinations.

Since being acquired in 2022 by DoveVivo – Europe’s world living management platform operating in 40 destinations across Europe – ALTIDO has been on a significant growth trajectory. It is well-placed to understand the European travel market and its guests’ desire to sleep in captivating, unique, and luxurious places.

The flagship properties in the collection are homes in London and the Scottish Borders. Phillimore Gardens is a 2-bed luxurious flat in the heart of Kensington, London. Home to rare artwork, antique furnishings, gilded ornaments, and unique features, it is the ultimate abode for guests looking for a once-in-a-lifetime city experience. Gilmerton House is a majestic 10-bed Georgian countryside mansion near Edinburgh that dates back to the 1600s and is steeped in history. This exclusive-use estate blends old and new to perfection and is ideal for family groups, corporate stays, or golfing retreats for those seeking countryside relaxation. Other properties include a glamorous Italian villa with a rooftop jacuzzi and a design-led apartment in the trendy Lisbon area of Arroios.

ALTIDO prides itself on outstanding customer service and recently won the 2022 Property Manager of the Year Award 2022 for Scotland at the UK Short Term Accommodation Association Awards, recognising their dedication to providing exceptional stays for guests and management for homeowners.

Will Parry, CEO of ALTIDO, said: “We have noticed an upward trend in guests requesting luxurious properties in 2022 and so it felt like the right time to launch the newly curated Luxe Collection to meet the demand for unique holiday experiences. At the same time, we continue to invest in our concierge team to ensure our bespoke services match the exceptional quality of our homes. We are always on hand to provide something extra special for our guests.”

Melania Tovar, Regional Manager, England, said: “Luxury travel is perhaps the biggest trend that emerged from the pandemic, and international travelers are making a beeline for our more exclusive properties. Many of these are located in sought-after London boroughs like Knightsbridge and Mayfair, demonstrating that city travel is definitely back stronger than ever in 2022 and beyond.”
