The European property manager welcomed 140,000 guests in the last 12 months.

LONDON, UK – ALTIDO, short-term rental and management company in Europe, closes 2022 with a Gross Booking Value of £41 million GBP, up 160% from 2021. This exceeds the targets set in all markets where the platform management is present, including England, Scotland, Ireland, Italy, and Portugal. The company’s turnover has tripled in some markets, such as Portugal and Scotland.

In 2022, 140,000 customers chose one of ALTIDO’s 2,500 properties for a city or leisure break. Operating predominantly in urban markets, the company also strategically targeted several new UK destinations, including the recently announced corporate property in Birmingham, as well as new openings in Dublin and Oxford.

ALTIDO is part of the DoveVivo Group, the most important European player in residential management solutions. The group closes 2022 with a total turnover of £79 million GBP, an increase of 120% on the previous year, and a Gross Booking Value of £106 million GBP.

William Parry, Founder, and CEO of ALTIDO said: “ALTIDO has been on a rapid growth trajectory, and 2022 has been a transformative year with the company acquiring multiple properties in Europe. The pace of this growth in gross booking value has been facilitated by the significant capital injection made by DoveVivo in February 2022. We are thrilled that 140,000 customers chose to stay in our 2,500 rentals which include rooms, apartments, townhouses, hotels, and serviced apartments.”

Davide Ravalli, Head of Growth at DoveVivo Group, said: “2022 was a fundamental year in the industrial growth path set out at the beginning of the year. ALTIDO joining the DoveVivo Group has allowed us to develop our line of products in all countries where we are present, increasingly positioning ourselves as a solid and strategic partner for national and international operators and investors in the real estate world”.
