BARCELONA, SPAIN – Asia Pacific Investment House (APIH) has successfully completed its round one funding for Resort Development Paradise Haven in St Kitts & Nevis, raising US$50m target. With a total project projection of US$250m, early indications are looking extremely positive for the second round.
Supporting the government tourism development programme, upwards of 1000 local jobs will be created, providing crucial sustainable employment. The first of the 4 stage construction phases is anticipated to be operational during 2013/14.

The resort will include ultra-luxury villas, condominiums, retirement and family residences as well as an internationally branded 5 star plus hotel, health and wellness spa, spa cluster villas, internationally branded eco rain forest hotel and lodges, golf hotel and club house, state of the art medical centre and resort beach.
Paradise Haven will also feature an International champion-standard signature 18 hole golf course. Under the management of a leading and worldwide acclaimed golf partner, it promises to bring luxury golf to a new dimension.
