B Hotels & Resorts launches travel agent rewards program

This new travel tool encourages agents to learn about B Hotels & Resorts, while also increasing their revenue through upselling and cross-promoting B properties.

WESTON, FL – South Florida-based B Hotels & Resorts invites travel professionals to experience the award-winning lifestyle brand through its B Our Preferred Travel Agent rewards program, rolling out January 2014.

This new travel tool encourages agents to learn about B Hotels & Resorts, while also increasing their revenue through upselling and cross-promoting B properties. The ongoing program incentivizes agents with opportunities to receive higher commissions, exclusive rates and promotions, invitations to FAM trips, brand updates, and more. The goal is to provide the preferred travel agents with the tools they need to turn knowledge into revenue by matching B lifestyle properties to their clients’ travel needs and preferences.

B Our Preferred Travel Agent uses interactive modules and detailed presentations that take agents through an orientation, showcasing the brand’s Self-Expression Hospitality model and the B Signature Elements. Agents also receive in-depth information about the B hotel categories and properties. After successfully completing the orientation and questionnaire, they become Preferred Travel Agents, eligible for exclusive rates and quarterly e-newsletters featuring special offers and brand updates. B Our Preferred Travel Agent also encourages agents to experience the brand firsthand through quarterly FAM trips, exclusive offers and rates.

The newest member of the group, B Resort, located in the Walt Disney World Resort, premiers in early 2014 in one of the top family and convention destinations in the United States: Orlando, Fla. This resort will house 394 newly renovated guest rooms and suites and more than 25,000 square feet of flexible function space.
