DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver and DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Central Park added to third-party management hotel portfolio.
BOSTON – Benchmark Pyramid announced the company has taken over management of two hotels in Denver: the 561-key DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver and 300-key DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Central Park. The two properties bring Pyramid’s portfolio of hotels to 245 worldwide.

Located at 3203 Quebec Street, the 561-key hotel is directly across the street from the United Airlines Flight Training Center. The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi, concierge service, indoor pool, hot tub, 24/7 fitness center, state-of-the-art business center and 28,459 square feet of meeting space. Guests may dine at one of the hotel’s three dining experiences: Character’s Sports Bar, featuring big screen TVs and pool tables for sports fans; Grounded, a grab ‘n go concept with Starbucks coffee, sandwiches, salads and charcuterie options; and Knife & Board, a full-service restaurant that focuses on Colorado cuisine alongside award-winning craft beers.

Nestled between Denver International Airport and the downtown corridor, the 300-key hotel is at 4040 Quebec Street. The property offers an outdoor pool, 24/7 fitness center, concierge service, state-of-the-art business center, 13,741 square feet of meeting space and complimentary Wi-Fi. Guests may choose to enjoy Amberstone Grill and its American fare for three meals daily or relax at Amberstone Bar, featuring a full dinner menu, large screen TVs and a grand fireplace.
