Best Western<.> International expands its unique offering of hotels by welcoming IPG Florida Homes to its hotel base in the Orlando area. IPG offers vacation homes as a new option for Best Western customers. Best Western IPG Florida Homes consists of 50 detached single-family homes, each with its own private fully screened swimming pool and averaging only one to two years old. Fifty additional homes will be added to the system by the end of 2002.

Homes are offered with three, four or five bedrooms and various bedroom arrangements. Homes range in size from approximately 1,500 to 3,200 square feet. The three-bedroom home sleeps six to eight people, the four-bedroom sleeps eight to 10 people while the five-bedroom sleeps 10 to 12. Prices are set by house size (number of bedrooms) rather than by number of occupants.

The homes are perfect for larger families or groups wanting more space and amenities with which to relax. Each home features a full-size kitchen, washer and dryer, daily or weekly housekeeping and data ports. Each house has a different floor plan and with each house a private pool comes as standard.

The addition of IPG Florida Homes is a great enhancement to our inventory in the Orlando area, explains Mark Williams, vice president North American Development. Orlando is a great family destination and these accommodations are a great choice for families who need more room and desire more privacy than a standard hotel can offer.

As part of the Best Western brand, the hotel features BestRequests, 16 of the most frequently requested guest amenities and services including: available continental or hot breakfast, free local phone calls (up to 30 minutes) and long distance access, data port connections in all guest rooms, iron and ironing boards, hair dryers, coffee/tea makers in all rooms, 50 percent designated non-smoking rooms, complimentary toiletries available upon request (razors, toothpaste, shaving cream, sewing kits), bottled or canned water available on-site, photo copies available on-site during business hours, king-sized beds in a minimum of 10 percent of rooms, clock in all guest rooms, in-room music, upgraded shampoo size and at least one English speaking TV channel at international locations.
