Ohio based, Alliance Hospitality Inc., owner and operator of 17 hotels throughout Ohio, announced that it has closed on the purchase of the Best Western Plus Franklin Park Suites- Polaris, in Columbus, Ohio.
Located in central Ohio’s capital city, this Columbus hotel features 64 spacious two room suites with living and bedrooms separated by double doors, each suite offering down blankets, Plush Beautyrest mattresses, cable satellite television with HBO and complimentary high-speed, Wi-Fi Internet access, and refrigerators and microwaves in every suite. Guest are welcome to start the day off with a complimentary hot breakfast before taking advantage of amenities including an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and sauna, in-house exercise facility or complimentary passes to Urban Active fitness located across the street, business services and meeting facilities accommodating up to 36 guests. The hotel also features a full service bar with an upscale feel.
Alliance Hospitality Inc. also opened the newly built 104 Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Columbus-Polaris Parkway last month, which is located directly across the street.
