Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions announces completion of conversion project of The DoubleTree by Hilton Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows & Golf Course

The hotel is owned by Navika Group of Companies, a self-advised commercial real estate company

FRONT ROYAL, VA. – Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions (BSHS) Management Company, one of the leading and fastest growing operators in the United States, announced the completion phase one of the multi-million conversion of the Holiday Inn Front Royal to the DoubleTree by Hilton Front Royal Blue Ridge Shadows & Golf Course in Front Royal, Va. The 124 rooms and suites hotel was completely refreshed with a new lobby, front desk and lobby level and guest room corridors. Additionally, all guest rooms were outfitted with digital key locks and received new mattresses and SMART TVs. The hotel is owned by Navika Group of Companies, a self-advised commercial real estate company.

With a new brand to better serve the needs of Front Royal visitors, we are confident the hotel quickly will take its place as the market and segment leader.”

Situated just seven miles from Skyline Drive and Shenandoah National Park, the five-story hotel is located at 111 Hospitality Drive in Front Royal, Va. Hotel amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, indoor pool, 24/7 oversized fitness center, state-of-the-art business center and 3,333 square feet of meeting space, as well as access privileges to the adjacent Blue Ride Shadows Golf Club. Guests may choose to dine at Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar, which serves three meals daily made from scratch. Guest rooms feature Kuerig coffee makers, iron and ironing boards and oversized work space. And all DoubleTree by Hilton guests receive the brand’s traditional, warm chocolate chip cookie upon arrival.
