Bluesun Hotels & Resorts adopt Shiji’s Infrasys POS systems across all their hotel F&B outlets

The global software company continues its growth in South-central Europe by implementing its cloud POS product Infrasys at BlueSun’s properties in the Makarska Riviera region.

BERLIN – Shiji, the global hospitality innovator, has announced that its product Infrasys has gone live at all Bluesun Hotels at the Adriatic coast of Croatia.

The Croatian-based hotel brand has selected Shiji to install over 100 POS workstations with Infrasys Cloud POS software and Shiji hardware at more than 20 properties of the brand. The relationship between the global software company and the hospitality group marks Shiji’s first partnership with a Croatian hotel chain.

The hospitality company needed a new POS system that could connect with local system partners through APIs, while also providing management, reporting and analytics that covered the entire chain. After thorough research, the company selected Infrasys Cloud as their new POS partner.

“We were looking for a flexible solution in regards of POS software and hardware, able to solve issues like group level management, reporting and analytics. Today with Infrasys, we have a modern, user-friendly system, which is critically important to me,” said Ivana Kralj, Director of Hotel Operations of Bluesun Hotels & Resorts.

With installations across the globe and in some of the biggest groups and chains, Infrasys is considered as one of the most versatile and efficient point of sale systems on the market today, capable of working with virtually any hardware, improving management systems and providing a better experience for employees and guests.

“Bluesun reached out to us because they wanted a modern group level management system. Also, the guest experience has been one of their top priorities and we are delighted to help them through this digital transformation process with our product Infrasys,” said Wolfgang Emperor, Senior Vice President for Europe, Africa, and the UK & Ireland region.
