IRVINE, CA – BookingPal, a leading provider of vacation rental software, announced that it has raised $12 million in funding led by Valor Capital Group with participation from Altabix, the corporate venture capital fund of Hoteles City Express as well as one new strategic investor. The round includes continued participation of existing investors including Amadeus Ventures, PAR Capital Management, Plug and Play Ventures, and Thayer Ventures. As part of the investment, Antoine Colaco, General Partner from Valor Capital Group, has joined the company’s board.
BookingPal will utilize the investment to expand into new geographic markets. The funding will also accelerate further development of its advanced distribution technology and intelligent automation tools that have been used successfully by thousands of vacation rental managers and property owners to increase their booking volume and revenue and simplify their guest acquisition operations.
