UK – Boostly, the brand that provides property managers with the tools and tactics to increase their direct bookings and boost their profits, has announced its partnership with vacation rental channel manager Rentals United.

Property managers and hosts who already use Rentals United to manage their channel connections can now incorporate their own Boostly-created WordPress website into the mix, and effortlessly sync real-time availability, nightly rates and featured images between both platforms. Boostly’s websites are specifically designed to attract direct bookings, reducing over-reliance on listing properties on multiple OTAs. The partnership will help users increase their direct booking market share while also significantly enhancing the direct booking experience for guests.

Launched in 2016, Boostly has built over 1000 WordPress websites and helped over 2,400 operators scale their businesses. Through complementary online training with the Boostly Academy, an online community of over 7,500 property managers and hosts has accessed over 80 hours of accredited marketing training videos.

Founded in 2015, Rentals United is a leading vacation rental channel manager that stores property information and automatically updates it across multiple listings sites. Easy-to-use, constantly evolving and powerful, the Rentals United platform handles tons of data every day connected to 60+ listing sites, as well as 100+ technology providers.

Mark Simpson, Founder of Boostly, commented: “While we have 17 Channel Manager and PMS integrations available to Boostly customers, the partnership with Rentals United is a coup for us as we look to expand our offering worldwide. Rentals United has a long-standing reputation in the industry and is used by top property management companies and thousands of ambitious hosts globally. We’re thankful to their team for helping us on our mission to help hospitality businesses take back control over their profits.”

Vivian Zitman, Partnership manager at Rentals United, commented: “Up until 2019, large OTAs dominated the market, representing almost 90% of all online bookings. But during the pandemic, we saw direct bookings skyrocket. Boostly can help Rentals United customers to increase their direct bookings and take more control of their communication and marketing between them and their guests. Customers can strengthen their brand and due to the flawless integration between Boostly and Rentals United the creation of your website is just a click away.”
