Breezeway announces partnership with sojo’s guest amenities platform

Partnering with sojo enables Breezeway clients to harness property data to deliver necessary household items like soap, shampoo, paper towels, and more.

BOSTON, U.S. – Breezeway, a leading property operations and service platform for hospitality professionals, has announced an exclusive partnership with sojo, a new start-up that automates the delivery of guest amenities for hospitality providers.

Rising demand for vacation rentals has tasked hospitality providers with more operational work than ever before. Making sure each property is prepared for check-in is challenging and there’s no easy way to stock each unit with quality turn-day amenities. Professional managers often order supplies in bulk, either storing them in a central warehouse or dispersed across their portfolio, and then schedule the packing and delivery of items needed for each reservation. This approach is costly, adds operational complexity, and jeopardizes property readiness.

Partnering with sojo enables Breezeway clients to harness property data to deliver necessary household items like soap, shampoo, paper towels, and more. Managers can pick the items they want to provide guests at each property and room, sync inventory needs between systems and receive pre-packaged boxes a few days before check-in, create and track delivery tasks through Breezeway’s dashboard, and automatically text guests to ensure they have what they need at check-in.

Stocking each property with necessary supplies is a critical operational component of property preparation,” said Jeremy Gall, Founder & CEO of Breezeway. “By connecting operational programs with supply delivery, managers will save on costs, cut down on guest complaints, and deliver more hospitality-level service. I’m particularly excited about our partnership with sojo because it’s the first we’ve introduced that simplifies hospitality operations offline, and has tremendous potential for our customers and for the wider industry.”

We couldn’t be more excited to ink Breezeway as our exclusive operation partner,” said Max Farley, Founder & CEO of sojo. “Breezeway is the leading software for vacation rental operations, and we share a common goal to reduce the operational burden for managers. The vacation rental industry must continue to up its level of hospitality service to gain market share, and by automating supply delivery through sojo, managers have more time to focus on personal touches for their guests.”
