Breezeway integrates with AltoVita to regulate safety standards in corporate accommodation

The new partnership between Breezeway and AltoVita aims to provide a solution to the lack of standardization for hospitality operators across asset types. Through the new integration, corporate professionals are able to review accommodations using Breezeway’s safety and security evaluation, providing peace of mind that the accommodation they are booking is verified to be clean, safe and secure.

Breezeway, the leading property care and operations platform for hospitality professionals, has announced its partnership with AltoVita, an enterprise software platform for the corporate housing sector.

The need for professionalization across the short-term rental sector is greater than ever before, as reflected in Breezeway’s latest Property Operations Report for 2022. As supply and demand for short-term rentals continues to boom, guest expectations are at an all-time high, drawing attention to industry standards as a whole. Breezeway’s research, for example, found that 20% of property managers are not currently conducting regular safety inspections despite safety playing a key part in delivering a five-star service.

Showcasing property safety and cleanliness regulation is one way that hosts and managers can stand out at the point of booking.

Once the property operator completes their Breezeway safety review, they are awarded a badge on their AltoVita listing to display their verified status. AltoVita customers are also able to filter their property search to view options that have been Breezeway safety reviewed. With cloud-based data that is streamlined on one platform, the safety review details remain publicly accessible on the AltoVita listing page, ensuring full transparency.

Jeremy Gall, Founder & CEO of Breezeway said of the partnership: “Connecting Breezeway’s gold standard in cleanliness and safety checks with AltoVita’s network of corporate housing operators marks an important milestone in continuing to tackle professionalization across the industry. We are excited to welcome AltoVita onboard as a valued Breezeway partner, working together to ultimately help set the bar for five-star guest experiences.

Karolina Saviova, Co-Founder and COO of AltoVita added: “Quality, safety, and cleanliness remain a post-pandemic priority for business travelers across the world. In light of that, we’re proud to be partnering with Breezeway to enable effective data management and property quality control. Breezeway and AltoVita share the same DNA in that duty of care should be optimal for every guest experience and we’re excited to make this a reality with our partnership.
