Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London has teamed up with one of the world’s best personal trainers and leading health professionals – ex Director of Personal Training at Bodyism – Lee Mullins to launch WORKSHOP a brand new health & fitness destination now in residence at the spa.
WORKSHOP will pioneer a new level of comprehensive workout based on its innovative FRAMEWORK assessment (exclusive to the UK), a unique combination of genetic and scientific tests including: movement and nutrition genetic analysis, food intolerance test, metabolic testing, functional movement screen and a body composition assessment.
WORKSHOP will make a fantastic addition to the sprawling subterranean spa, offering spa members and hotel guests access to the gym and team of expert trainers. Arranged over two levels of the Bulgari Hotel & Residences, London and measuring an impressive 2000m², the Bulgari Spa is one of the largest and most exclusive urban retreats in the city.
