HILTON HEAD, S.C. – New California Hotels Corporation has partnered with H2 Associates, to create two new distinctive hotels at 36 South Forest Beach Dr. The partnership is splitting one property into two hotels. A 78 room full service boutique hotel along with a 58 room International hi-tech Hotel/hostel. The properties will be named the Coligny Beach Resort and the eChoice Hotel respectively. Financing for the project is being provided by Pacific Coast Mortgage Group and is the first of its kind in Hilton Head.

The New Coligny Beach Resort
Just 200 steps to the ocean, all 78 rooms will be remodeled. The property will also feature the first Third World Kitchen and ESBar. Chefs from around the world will serve residencies at the hotel featuring cuisine from around the globe. Other hotel features will include in-room entertainment centers with 42″ HD flatscreen TVs, the island’s largest single room suites and fully remodeled lobby and pool area.
The E-Choice Hotel
The former Villa building will be reopened as the Worlds First eChoice Hotel. All 58 rooms will be converted into a combination of hostel and standard rooms with treated cement floors, a no frills amenities package. The hotel will showcase “eChoice” standards such as personal selection of mood lighting, vibrant colors and a host of social media options for connected global travelers. Televisions will come pre-loaded with movies, YouTube, Video Cameras and Skype as well as high-speed internet access throughout the property. Vending machines will populate the first floor where guests can check in without any attendant.
Property renovations take place from 3rd QTR 2013 to 2nd QTR 2014.
