Cambria Hotels opens first New Jersey property

Upscale brand adds hotel in West Orange.

ROCKVILLE, MD. – Franchised by Choice Hotels International, Inc., the Cambria Hotels brand continues its coast-to-coast expansion with the opening of a hotel in West Orange, N.J. The 127-room Cambria Hotel West Orange is the brand's first hotel in New Jersey and joins its growing portfolio in Northeastern cities, including New York and Philadelphia, with hotels in Boston and Portland, Maine also in the pipeline.

The Cambria Hotel West Orange is located at 12 Rooney Circle in Essex County, N.J. The hotel is a short drive to the city of Newark, one of the nation's major air, shipping, and rail hubs, including Newark Liberty International Airport, and the Port of New York and New Jersey. New York City's Wall Street is also less than 20 miles from the property and Seton Hall University and Montclair State University are nearby.

The Cambria Hotel West Orange features upscale amenities that appeal to modern travelers, including:

The hotel was developed in collaboration with Bharat Patel of Sun Development & Management Corporation, which builds and operates full- and select-service hotels throughout the United States.
