The Premier Inn Manchester North has become Comfort Inn Manchester North, and is the first Choice brand hotel in the North West City. Close to London, Richmond’s prestigious Richmond Gate Hotel becomes the Clarion Collection Hotel Richmond Gate.
Choice Hotels Europe, the company behind the Comfort, Quality and Clarion brands in Europe and part of Choice Hotels International, one of the largest lodging franchisors in the world, announced that two more properties have been added to its network in Manchester and Richmond.
The Premier Inn Manchester North has become Comfort Inn Manchester North, and is the first Choice brand hotel in the North West City. Located close to the Bowker Vale tram station with its direct links into Manchester City Centre and only eight miles from Manchester International Airport the 42-room hotel is ideally located for leisure and business travellers alike.
Imran Zaman, Director, Budget Hotels Group said: “When we bought this hotel we researched very carefully which hotel brand to work with. It soon became clear that Manchester would be best served if we worked with Choice Hotels Europe and for the hotel to be branded Comfort Inn Manchester North.”
Close to London, Richmond’s prestigious Richmond Gate Hotel becomes the Clarion Collection Hotel Richmond Gate. Dating back to the 18th century and situated at the top of Richmond Hill, the hotel is within easy distance from Heathrow Airport, Central London, and sporting venues such as Twickenham Rugby Ground and Wimbledon Tennis.
The 68-room hotel, some with four poster beds, has been completely re-furbished and guests can enjoy dining in the Gates Bar and using the Cedars Health and Leisure Club with indoor swimming pool, spa area and gym. Clarion Collection Hotel Richmond Gate also offers five meeting rooms with a total venue capacity for 90 people.
Guests at both the Manchester and Richmond properties will enjoy free wireless internet access throughout and complimentary parking spaces.
