LAS VEGAS – A hangout for sports lovers to enjoy cool brews and great food, The Still unhitches March 15 inside The Mirage. At the centerpiece of this 8,000 square-foot man cave with 22 televisions is a refurbished Airstream trailer named Bud Bud’s. Discovered in the back-hills of Tennessee, Bud Bud’s has been turned into a fully functioning kitchen churning out upscale bar food.
The new sports destination within The Mirage, The Still is a court-side seat for the college basketball tournaments. Starting March 17, Brackets & Beer at The Still will show all the games throughout the month, culminating in the championship April 4. Tap your own mini-keg and settle in for hours and hours of hoops.
The Still represents the premiere collaboration between MGM Resorts and Clique Hospitality, a boutique food, beverage and nightlife company founded by Andy Masi along with partners Shane Monaco and Brian Massie. The Still offers more than 50 beers, including sudsy drafts and specialty crafts, as well as a selection of “Hop-Tails” bringing together the worlds of beer and liquor. Whiskey-forward house-infused shooters capitalize on the growing popularity and diversity of the brown spirit. The food highlights casual bites, including crispy chicken wings, quesadillas and fish and chips. Under the Sliders and Street Tacos section of the menu, find cannot-resist finger foods such as mini cheeseburgers and lobsters rolls as well as tacos of every variety from steak to fish.
With a vibe that blends the excitement of front-row action at a big sporting event and the casual, fun, relaxed atmosphere of watching the game at home with your closest friends, The Still is poised to be a winner with fans no matter the season.
