Cloud5 Communications earns top ranking as Marriott International’s #1 HSIA Provider

Cloud5 outranked competing vendors in areas including operational compliance, support and responsiveness to brand or property requirements.

Chosen based on Marriott’s stringent Global Property Network Standards (GPNS), Cloud5 has earned the highest vendor ranking for the second consecutive quarter of 2021.

The company consistently earns superior service scores across all Marriott brands through its complete range of Internet services, including high-performance property-wide guest and back-of-house Wi-Fi, advanced services and GRE integration, conference and event services tool, network management and 24/7 guest and associate support.
