Club Med invests and launches four new business solutions

Club Med continues to further simplify the process of selecting, booking flights and accommodation packages with the launch of four new business solutions for Travel Agents.

Travel Agent Website – this is an enhanced experience for Agents at Offering easy navigation and downloads of all Club Med flyers and promotions, training guide for new agents and Resort presentations. When uploading their agency details and logo on this new website, travel agencies will automatically receive promotional Enews with their own contact details ready to forward to their own clients.

Club Med Business is the new dedicated MICE website to find all the information and suitable Resorts regarding Groups and Incentives programs. Club Med unique all-inclusive "Rent a Resort" concept is also featured. The main enhancements are the conference rooms search, online quote requests and PCOs and Travel Agents can now download the new e-Business Brochure. Easy Club Med is a B2B tool exclusively offered to travel agencies part of the Trident Program at  – that was softly launched in April 2011 to enable booking at any hour, 7 days a week with Club Med directly  – without the need to go through the Call Centre. This tool allows the user to quote, print, make up options, select different room types and services and even confirm or change bookings once made.

Accovia systems – For the past four years Jetstar has been linked to the Club Med reservation system, and we also celebrated recently the launch of “live” Virgin Australia flights as well, due to an investment in Accovia technology. It enables more choice to consumers and agents, with up to date pricing at any time of quoting or booking.Now Virgin Australia, Jetstar, and all other Club Med airline partners can be booked with a simple mouse click on Easy Club Med or via the Call Centre thanks to Accovia. Comparing airline prices and schedules is now simple and ensures travel agents and their clients feel they have the best price and itinerary to fit their plans.The Accovia technology was designed exclusively for Club Med, and allows seamless integration of reservations for all aspects, including airfares, of a Club Med inclusive holiday experience.
