CodeGen introduces Tritium, a new integration hub powered by Oracle Cloud

Tritium acts as an advanced accommodation booking API as well as a real-time aggregation platform for accommodation inventory. The solution is designed to eliminate the need to manage multiple third-party integrations.

CodeGen has partnered with Oracle Cloud to introduce Tritium, a new integration hub for travel and hospitality companies. Tritium provides a single connection to an open distribution marketplace, enabling travel providers and hoteliers to buy and sell live accommodation inventory at the best price.

Mark Melzack from CodeGen said: “CodeGen has successfully deployed global travel platforms to a wide range of clients. We’re now focusing on introducing some stand-alone applications that can work independently of our flagship system, TravelBox. This includes our AI product framework Flair, our DMC Servicing module and now, Tritium, our in-house-built distribution hub. We’re always looking ahead to provide our clients with the latest technology to help give them the competitive edge.”

Tritium acts as an advanced accommodation booking API as well as a real-time aggregation platform for accommodation inventory. The solution is designed to eliminate the need to manage multiple third-party integrations.

It is no longer profitable to maintain multiple APIs or manage booking discrepancies and reconciliations the traditional way. Travel companies can easily de-duplicate and map hotel rooms from different channels with Tritium.

Tritium customer, Desert Adventures Tourism L.L.C, explained “We are moving into an age where dynamic connectivity with hotels is no longer a luxury but more a necessity. CodeGenʼs Tritium product offers DMCs and tour operators a seamless way to obtain dynamic rates without the hassle of coordinating with multiple channel managers or consolidators. Backed by CodeGenʼs reliable support structure, this is an ideal product for every DMC that wants to access dynamic rates for distribution."

With CodeGen’s state-of-the-art content normalisation algorithms and artificial-intelligence-powered technology application, Tritium is described as a highly scalable, lightweight, and high-performance SaaS solution.

“Tritium is hosted on the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure to guarantee high availability, scalability and security. Through strengthening our relationship with Oracle we’re making technology more accessible for any travel company no matter the size of the business,” explained Melzack.

CodeGen powers some of the largest blue-chip companies in the travel and tourism sector globally with its flagship travel software TravelBox. With TravelBooker, CodeGen enables SME businesses to piggy back off the extensive 20+ years of experience developing a robust and successful travel platform which can optimise B2B and B2C operations while supporting travel companies to reach sustainable and quantifiable growth.
