Country Club of Roswell, a member owned community founded in 1973, has just reopened its clubhouse doors after a multi-million dollar upgrade.
ROSWELL, GA. – Roswell mayor Jere Wood spoke during the ribbon cutting ceremony at the official reopening of Country Club of Roswell (CCR), and celebrated the major upgrade with hundreds of members.
Country Club of Roswell, a member owned community founded in 1973, has just reopened its clubhouse doors after a multi-million dollar upgrade, which includes:
- Many golf course updates, with new Champion Bermuda greens, bunker replacements, new bulkheads and beautification projects.
- Brand new fitness facility, significantly expanded and incorporating PRECOR fitness machines and a ‘Fitness on Demand’ video room.
- Major renovations to the clubhouse, with a new lobby and entryway, a large 360 degree bar, a business center, new casual and formal dining areas including an outdoor dining deck, plus an expanded post-golf social deck.
CCR now offers a state of the art facility with the very latest equipment, furnishings and playing conditions. Members of all ages enjoy an active and family oriented experience, whether playing golf, tennis, swim, fitness/weights and socializing. Larger social events such as weddings and banquets are held in the ballroom and on the club lawn. Corporations also leverage the club for meetings and outings.
Regards the renovation, club president Bruce Mahood stated: “CCR prides itself on being a friendly, relaxed and family oriented community, and these improvements serve to further enhance the healthy lifestyle and social settings we offer our membership.”
