The Courtyard Philadelphia Lansdale surpasses brand expectations by offering 125 rooms and 10 spacious suites, 2,700 square feet of conference and meeting space, a modern appointed ballroom, cafe, fitness area and indoor pool with retractable glass walls to create access to the outside. The hotel also features The Porch, a full service restaurant and bar.

“Our goal is to offer our guest a positively unique experience,” said Ed Busch, general manager of Courtyard Philadelphia Lansdale. “The amenities we have to offer are unsurpassed by any other hotel in the area.”

The Lansdale hotel was planned so visitors would be provided with an environment that allows them to work, entertain and relax. With 9 meeting rooms, 7 breakout rooms, and a ballroom that can hold 200 people, the hotel serves as a spacious and state of the art meeting and event venue. Within each of the 125 rooms, guests will find complimentary Wi-Fi, 37 inch flat-panel televisions, natural lighting and thoughtful amenities that foster productivity and leisure.

“My family and our firm, PSDC, are proud to bring to the north end of Montgomery County a first class hotel with a wonderful restaurant and state of the art conference / banquet space,” said Mark Nicoletti representing the owner, Philadelphia Suburban Development Corp. “This hotel is an integral part of our award-winning Towamencin Town Square development … a project that has already in just phase one proven to be a strong economic engine in the region. This opening is another example of PSDC’s long term commitment to making defining and significant real estate investments at and around the Pennsylvania Turnpike Lansdale exit.”

“I enthusiastically welcome the Courtyard Marriott to Towamencin and to Montgomery County,” said Josh Shapiro, Montgomery County Commissioners’ Chairman. “I am confident it will be a great addition to the North Penn area, will provide quality accommodations and service, and will enhance the business community and the tourism trade in Montgomery County.”

“We’re excited to add the Courtyard Philadelphia Lansdale to our list of accommodations in north central Montgomery County,” said Bill Fitzgerald, president of the Valley Forge Tourism & Convention Board. “Its proximity to the Pennsylvania Turnpike makes its very convenient for guests when visiting key attractions like Peter Wentz Farmstead, Morgan Log House, Green Lane Park, and Spring Mountain Adventures. What’s more is the property’s nearly 7,000 square feet of flexible meeting and event space as well as its quaint bistro-type restaurant. All this makes this property a strong contender in both the leisure market and the corporate segment.”

“Marriott is excited about the opportunities that are presented in the greater Lansdale-Towamencin area,” Elaine Richard, Area Vice President Americas Eastern Region said. “We are proud to partner with the ownership group to bring a tremendous resource to the community.”

“We are very pleased to welcome Marriott Courtyard as they become a member of the Towamencin Township community,” Towamencin Board Chairman Dan Littley said. “Positioned in our Village District right off the Pennsylvania Turnpike interchange and at the confluence of several major arterials, the hotel is at the prime gateway to the Township.  Thousands of people who pass this location daily will have their impression of our community influenced by what they see and the quality of service they experience. We have high hopes for Marriott and what they bring to our community.”
