Curator Hotel & Resort Collection starts the year with eight new hotels and resorts to its portfolio

These new members will have immediate access to proprietary tools like Curator’s contract management and expense benchmarking platforms, and the opportunity to leverage Curator’s preferred agreements with best-in-class providers to identify both immediate and long-term cost savings opportunities. 

BETHESDA, MARYLAND – Curator Hotel & Resort Collection has announced the addition of The Olive Ann in Grand Forks, North Dakota; Creekside Inn in Palo Alto, California; Hotel Los Gatos in Los Gatos, California, Hotel Griffon, King George Hotel and Inn at Union Square in San Francisco, California; and Eden Roc Miami Beach and Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, in Miami Beach, Florida, as their newest members. With these additions, Curator has grown to 96 hotels and resorts, all offering an array of experiences for every type of traveler in more than 48 destinations.

“We are thrilled to announce an additional eight hotels—expanding our footprint in California and Florida, as well as introducing our first North Dakota property,” said Jennifer Barnwell, President of Curator Hotel & Resort Collection. “The addition of The Olive Ann marks Curator’s first partnership with a hotel in the early stages of development, and we are excited to collaborate with the owner and manager by contributing our knowledge and expertise on the best systems, technology, products, and vendors to ensure a seamless operation between pre-and post-opening.”

These new members will have immediate access to proprietary tools like Curator's contract management and expense benchmarking platforms, and the opportunity to leverage Curator's preferred agreements with best-in-class providers to identify both immediate and long-term cost savings opportunities. The Olive Ann (Grand Forks, North Dakota) – The new property is currently under construction and will be opening its doors in fall 2023. Curator will guide the hotel in the selection of vendors and program capabilities through each stage of its development. Located in Grand Forks, a lively, bustling community surrounded by tranquil, scenic farm country, The Olive Ann will be the ideal place for outdoor lovers and adventure seekers.

Creekside Inn (Palo Alto, California) – Nestled along Matadero Creek amid a lush landscape of gardens and oak trees, the Creekside Inn is a peaceful retreat for vacations, business trips, and special events. Only a few miles from downtown Palo Alto, guests can enjoy hiking, biking, wine tours, golf, concerts, and Bay attractions, including Shoreline Amphitheater and Levi’s Stadium.
