Dual branded Courtyard & Residence Inn opens in Raleigh, North Carolina

New building features two popular Marriott brands under one roof.

RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA – Marriott International, Inc. announced that a combined 128-room Courtyard hotel and 128-suite Residence Inn hotel in Raleigh, North Carolina are now open for business. The hotels located at 10600 Little Brier Creek Lane are owned and managed by SREE Hotels of Charlotte, North Carolina.
 
Located five miles from Raleigh-Durham International Airport, the hotels offer convenient access to Brier Creek and Research Triangle Park, and are centrally situated between North Carolina State University, Duke University and UNC Chapel Hill.
 
The five-story property will share an indoor saltwater pool, a fitness center and 3,500 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 250 people. Courtyard’s Bistro, that includes a full bar is also accessible to guests from both hotels.
 
Attracting both business travelers as well as tourists, the Raleigh-Durham Airport area is an ideal location for the dual opening,” said Janis Milham, senior vice president, modern essentials and extended stay brands for Marriott International. “Each brand offers distinct amenities and services that tailor to all visitors.
