EMAAR Misr and Amr Diab join forces to introduce “Locanda”

The hotel combines EMAAR’s legendary architectural fingerprint with the artistic vision that has distinguished Amr Diab’s long career in singing and entertainment.

A legendary contribution strikes Egypt's Mediterranean Coast, as EMAAR Misr and Eagle Hills collaborate with Egyptian mega pop star, Amr Diab, to launch "Locanda" luxury hotel and residences in Sol Town. With a music-infused concept and a variety of lavish lifestyle
experiences, the hotel is designed to bring a brand-new definition of hospitality and luxury to the North Coast.

The hotel combines EMAAR's legendary architectural fingerprint with the artistic vision that has distinguished Amr Diab's long career in singing and entertainment. "Locanda" is located in the heart of Soul, a luxury beach resort that was recently launched on the North Coast with an investment of $53.2 billion. The project offers a variety of recreational services, with water as its hero, with an infinite number of beaches from natural coastlines, beach clubhouses, beach lagoons, and cabana beaches, with the goal of putting Egypt on the tourist map of the world. It is clear that this artwork was the work of a group of internationally renowned creative minds and designers who worked tirelessly to shape the residents' remarkable moments and experiences with a unique master plan that emerges from the heart of nature, and sets new standards for luxury and elegance.

This is nothing new for EMAAR, as we have all seen how it has provided the ultimate metropolitan lifestyle abounding with world-class landmarks, entertainment, and glamour through exceptional real estate developments in Egypt over the years.
