Fairfield Inn & Suites hotels opens in Key West, Florida

The hotel is owned by affiliates of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C., Walton Street Capital, L.L.C and Highgate Investments.

KEY WEST, FLORIDA – The 133-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at The Keys Collection, Florida now open for business. Situated across the street from the tropical waters of Key West and located at 3852 North Roosevelt Boulevard, the Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at The Keys Collection will operate as a Marriott franchise managed by Highgate Hotels. The hotel is owned by affiliates of Rockpoint Group, L.L.C., Walton Street Capital, L.L.C and Highgate Investments.

Making a grand entrance today at the entry point of Key West, this newly built hotel is perfectly situated in New Town, convenient to all of the island’s best attractions including Duval Street, Old Town, Mallory Square, Smathers Beach, Truman Annex, Fort Zachary Taylor Beach and the Hemingway House. The contemporary hotel will feature all-new guest rooms and is also close to Key West International Airport and within easy access of the southernmost city in the continental U.S.A.’s best shopping, restaurants and night life.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at The Keys Collection was newly built from base structure and includes a brand new lobby building; public space features an innovative and contemporary design that is both flexible and functional. The open and bright lobby welcomes guests with a vibrant color palette of greens, blues and oranges. Within the lobby is the breakfast area serving delicious fare to guests every morning.  There is a pool bar serving cocktails and light fare.

The Fairfield Inn & Suites Key West at The Keys Collection offers 133 brand new guestrooms, including 17 suites with one king or two queen beds.  Each guest room is thoughtfully designed with luxury bedding, 41-inch flat-screen HDTV, microwaves and mini-fridges. Guest suites offer separate living, working and sleeping areas. Bathrooms feature granite countertops, extra storage space, walk-in showers and upscale toiletries.

The hotel offers many onsite amenities including a 24-hour self-service business center and 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness facility. Complimentary hot breakfast is available each morning. Guests will be able to enjoy the outdoor pool with lounge seating and cabanas and a poolside bar. In the comfortable lobby guests may enjoy complimentary morning coffee and tea. An onsite Concierge Desk is available. The restaurant and pool area can also be set up to host small receptions and events.
