CHICAGO – First Hospitality, national hotel operations and development company, announces the official move of its headquarters from the Chicagoland suburbs to a state-of-the-art space in downtown Chicago to accommodate the company’s growing dynamic hybrid workforce.

First Hospitality will leverage its new office space to support its fast-growing portfolio and offer the increased efficiencies the central downtown location provides. The new offices provide First Hospitality employees with state-of-the-art facilities, equipment, technology, and amenities that will enhance productivity, growth, and collaboration.

“We could not be more excited to relocate to our new office space in downtown Chicago,” said David Duncan, president and CEO of First Hospitality. “This move is reflective of our overall portfolio growth and commitment to providing the best service and experience for our associates and clients.”

The new office building, commonly known as “The Franklin” offers employees an array of amenities including a tenant-only sky bar, five different in-house food options including a food hall, is convenient to public transportation and the interstate, and is just steps from the Willis Tower and other popular Chicago attractions. First Hospitality commemorated the move with a Grand Opening celebration followed up with activities throughout the month to acquaint associates to the new building and neighborhood.

The management company also expanded their extensive branded roster adding several additions to their Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt portfolios, including a lifestyle Curio Collection property. The company added five more hotels totaling 1,053 rooms to the roster and 1,117 keys in development.

Early in 2022, First Hospitality also took over management of the 250-key lifestyle independent Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee. First Hospitality continues to pursue additional third-party management projects in medium and large lifestyle full-service, independent, and premium select-service segments. The company is targeting primary and secondary markets throughout the United States.
