First Hospitality to operate Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee West

With 121 guest rooms, the Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee West is located minutes away from popular Milwaukee attractions such as the American Family Field, Petit National Ice Center, and Mayfair Mall, and 25 minutes away from Mitchell International Airport (MKE).

CHICAGO – David Duncan, president and CEO of First Hospitality, announces that the national hotel operating and development company has added the Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee West to its growing national management portfolio.

“First Hospitality’s considerable experience with the Holiday Inn Express brand of hotels has fostered a deep understanding of properties of this size and structure,” said Duncan. “And as our footprint expands, we’re able to easily share both our talent and expertise to maximize profitability and strengthen this hotel’s presence in the market through our team’s tailored approach to selling and revenue management.”

With 121 guest rooms, the Holiday Inn Express Milwaukee West is located minutes away from popular Milwaukee attractions such as the American Family Field, Petit National Ice Center, and Mayfair Mall, and 25 minutes away from Mitchell International Airport (MKE). The hotel offers a free shuttle service within a five-mile radius of the hotel. The three floor, pet-friendly property features an on-site fitness center, complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi, and 475 square feet of meeting and event spaces.
