Floor Plan Marketing, Inc. launches hyper-interactive maps

The new product will provide more interactive and informative search tools than what is currently available to real estate agents and vacation rental companies.

DESTIN, FLA. – Floor Plan Marketing, an architectural design firm, announced the launch date of their hyper-interactive community maps as of November 9, 2015. The new product will provide more interactive and informative search tools than what is currently available to real estate agents and vacation rental companies. The 3-D maps can now cover larger areas in more detail. An entire city can be mapped out in an interactive map that customers will use during their search for a vacation rental or real estate in a location they are unfamiliar with.

Clients who use the maps will be able to easily integrate them into the layout of their website using a simple < iframe > code. The maps can be synced with content from real estate agent’s MLS listings to show all properties within a certain area. Vacation rental companies can also sync the maps with their API or PMS to show the geographic location of all their vacation homes. The maps are programmed to automatically refresh when a location is added to the synced MLS listing, API, or PMS. This makes it incredibly easy for large companies to manage hundreds of properties on their map. Additionally, all clients can customize the maps with icons that mark significant locations like restaurants, public transportation, amenities, attractions, and anything else useful to their customers. Clicking on the icon will display a photograph of the location, contact information, a specific address, and a link to the business’s website.

“Everyone on the front-end of any real estate industry is going to want these maps on their website,” says Floor Plan Marketing’s President Tony Maganzini. He adds, “Our architectural artwork combined with the comprehensive view of a community is a better way to market real estate than flat photos and paragraphs of text.”

Floor Plan Marketing already has elite clients such as Vail, Inc., Park City Vacation Rentals, and St. Joe Club & Resorts. They use the detailed digital illustrations of the communities to promote their locations to vacationers. The maps ultimately assists vacationers in finding a rental property that best fits their needs.

“This is what we envision as the future of search for the ideal vacation rental,” said Floor Plan’s web developer Drew Pearson. “If customers can view a location in a large-scale way it gives them more confidence to book or buy the property.”
