Fotaflo enhances memory marketing with new Bokún integration

The company aims to simplify sharing photo and video memories with tour providers’ guests.

BLOOMINGTO, ILLINOIS – Fotaflo, a leading memory marketing platform, announced that they have integrated with Bokún, an innovative booking management software for tour and activity businesses. To eternalize experiences for their clients' guests, this integration empowers tour providers in simplifying and automating photo and video content distribution throughout the customer journey.

By seamlessly connecting the distribution of customer memories at personalized milestones, Fotaflo improves the guest experience and business performance. With multiple online travel agencies and payment partners, Bokún built its all-in-one platform to help experience providers stay organized and receive more bookings. The latest integration with Fotaflo provides added value for tour operators to handle their marketing efforts in one place.

The one-time setup allows Fotaflo’s Bokún users (tour operators and guides) to operate their booking platform as they always have, with an additional feature to take and automatically deliver photo memories to guests. The integration enables automated storage of guests' names, time of tours, photos, and videos into personalized accounts in real-time, using notification webhooks and labels. Fotaflo will not use or disclose personal information other than for the identified purposes of the services, and guests can opt-out to marketing at any point before, during, or after the tour, protecting their data.

When guides deliver a tour and use the Fotaflo-Bokún integration, they can select their guest(s) prefilled label(s) and take photos or videos, which automatically sends a private album with the content of the experience. For example, Sarah is booked for a zipline experience and is sharing an ATV tour with her partner Joe in the afternoon. The guide selects two labels ‘Sarah: zipline 9:00 one guest (label one), Sarah: ATV 13:00 two guests (label two)’, and captures the couple’s memories. Sarah and Joe both seamlessly receive a link to the album as soon as photos or videos are taken.

The customizable albums can be sent automatically via email and text internationally. Additional calls to action within the white-labeled guest portal include review requests and social and email sharing options to enhance referrals for the new partner’s shared tour operators. This simple photo and video delivery method means experience providers maximize their marketing results with minimum overhead cost and effort. The reporting feature can measure referrals and advocates and identify the best possible way to communicate with each guest throughout their lifecycle to provide optimal delivery service.

“This integration is a new chapter for Fotaflo. It ensures that our clients using Bokún have complete automation and simplicity in delivering photo and video memories to their guests,” says Ryan O’Grady, Founder and CEO of Fotaflo.

“We are confident that by integrating with the popular booking system, our client’s guests will have a seamless experience filled with joyful memories that they can keep forever. And the photo-sharing process will be simpler for their guides, too,” Ryan adds.
