The renovation includes nine new luxury rooms, impressive new outdoor spaces, a completely revitalized pool area (already open) and a new farm-to-table spa (to be completed in September). The sibling owners, Joe and Catherine Bartolomei, are modeling the new rooms to resemble the rustic historic barns of Sonoma County’s vineyards and hillsides. In partnership with Francis & Alexander, the new spa is a natural extension of the Sonoma farm-inspired experience with a menu of spa services incorporating spring forest honey and heirloom cider apples from the owner’s ranch along with herbs grown right in Farmhouse’s kitchen garden. The mission of this unique inn is simple: to provide an authentic, “insider” experience of California Wine Country.
