Globally acclaimed Farmhouse Inn unveils multi-million dollar redesign

Sonoma Luxury Boutique Hotel offers a free night to entice the traveler to experience their luxurious new guest rooms, new spa, and property wide enhancements – Wine country farmhouse style.

FORESTVILLE, CALIF. – How does a relatively small country inn nestled in the heart of California’s Sonoma Wine Country find itself ranked among the world’s best hotels? How does the best get better? The answer lies partly in the simple richness of the guest experience and in a continual focus on improving on near perfection. Farmhouse Inn is extending a special offer (details below) to invite the traveler to experience the wine country in true Farmhouse-style to celebrate the completion of their expansion and revitalization of the hotel.

Farmhouse Inn, an internationally acclaimed boutique hotel best known for its intimate setting coupled with a Michelin-starred restaurant and world-class service, has undertaken a comprehensive property expansion and revitalization that is to be completed this summer. The renovation includes nine new luxury rooms, impressive new outdoor spaces, a completely revitalized pool area (already open) and a new farm-to-table spa (to be completed in September). The sibling owners, Joe and Catherine Bartolomei, are modeling the new rooms to resemble the rustic historic barns of Sonoma County’s vineyards and hillsides. In partnership with Francis & Alexander, the new spa is a natural extension of the Sonoma farm-inspired experience with a menu of spa services incorporating spring forest honey and heirloom cider apples from the owner’s ranch along with herbs grown right in Farmhouse’s kitchen garden. The mission of this unique inn is simple: to provide an authentic, “insider” experience of California Wine Country. From the farm-to-table organic food served in the Michelin-starred restaurant, to the relaxing and energizing spa, to the team of six knowledgeable concierges with their fingers on the pulse of Sonoma County; everything at Farmhouse Inn is designed to make each visit to the wine country memorable.

“The re-design’s added elements and thoughtful details enable the hotel to take full advantage of its prominent and unique location in the Russian River Valley,” said Catherine Bartolomei, co-owner of Farmhouse Inn. “The renovation continues to elevate Farmhouse Inn as Sonoma County’s favorite destination and we’re excited to introduce our guests to an authentic farm-to-table spa with cutting edge therapeutic treatments. The support of our loyal guests (who recently voted Farmhouse Inn as one of 30 top hotels in the world in the Travel and Leisure Best Survey) inspired us to further enhance the Farmhouse Inn experience.”

To unveil the launch of the newly added Deluxe Barn rooms, Farmhouse Inn is extending an invitation to discover the best of Sonoma’s wine country lodging with a special offer. From August 1st to December 31st this year, four night or longer stays booked in the new Deluxe rooms get the 4th night free.

Rivaling the finest hotels in the world, Farmhouse Inn is committed to providing guests with an authentic wine-country experience in California’s picturesque Russian River Valley, famous for its world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. While Farmhouse Inn’s unspoiled beauty and romantic backdrop attract travelers from around the world; the unrivaled service, warmth and genuine hospitality of the hotel’s passionate owners and concierge team keep them coming back.
