Guesty locks down new integration with IoT access control company RemoteLock

The integration with Guesty enables RemoteLock to pull relevant data from a user’s Guesty account regarding upcoming bookings and guest contact information, and to then send guests unique and temporary access codes to the rental.

Guesty, the all-in-one property management solution for short-term property management companies worldwide, has recently added IoT company RemoteLock to its integrations marketplace. The marketplace is a growing collection of third-party resources that share the same goal – to make life easier for property managers.

One of the leaders of the virtual lock industry, RemoteLock launched the world’s first WiFi lock in 2012. Their services align with Guesty’s mission, as their products offer property managers an efficient means of providing guests with access to their rentals.

RemoteLock uses cloud-based technology that enables property managers to check in on their rentals and notifies them whenever the locks are accessed.

"Partnering with leading property management solution providers like Guesty is key to RemoteLock's growth in the hospitality and rental market," says Nolan Mondrow, CEO of RemoteLock.  "We've seen many customers already take advantage of the integration. This partnership allows our mutual customers to run their business more efficiently and to scale over multiple units and properties."

The integration with Guesty enables RemoteLock to pull relevant data from a user’s Guesty account regarding upcoming bookings and guest contact information, and to then send guests unique and temporary access codes to the rental. This eliminates any need for intervention on the part of the property manager.

The integration with RemoteLock came very naturally,” explains Guesty CEO and Co-Founder Amiad Soto. “We saw that a lot of our clients were already using their remote locks so it made sense to make it official and remove the extra steps involved in providing keyless access for guests. It’s another way for us to make the jobs of our customers that much easier.”

Guesty’s marketplace includes integrations with several other third-party servicers of the property management community, such as ClearBanc, Stripe, Properly and many more.
