Gzella Collection welcomes Fala Hotel in Fort Lauderdale’s beachfront strip

Designed as an equally appealing vacation home and coastal escape, Fala Hotel is perfect for travelers looking for an extended getaway, deep relaxation and affordable accommodations.

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Fala Hotel, formerly the Seville Hotel & Apartments located at 3020 Seville Street in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is opening its doors following a grand renovation that simultaneously restored key exterior features of the 1950s architecture while modernizing the interior design with new amenities. The hotel is part of Gzella Collection, a group of beachside hotels spearheading the boutique hotel movement in Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The Collection’s third beachside retreat, Fala Hotel is located two blocks south from its sister properties, Ikona and Fortuna Hotels. Designed as an equally appealing vacation home and coastal escape, Fala is perfect for travelers looking for an extended getaway, deep relaxation and affordable accommodations. The new addition to the collection also boasts modern décor, family-friendly communal areas and surrounding water views.

Conveniently located between Sunrise and Las Olas Boulevards, as well as steps away from Fort Lauderdale Beach and the Water Taxi on the Intercoastal Waterway, Fala Hotel offers a desirable and unique guest experience. The hotel attracts guests to stay longer due to its variety of room types, including 15 stylishly renovated king and queen sized rooms, 4 studios with a kitchen, 4 apartment-style suites and a penthouse, with access to modern furnishings and fully equipped kitchenettes with refrigerator, microwave, cooking utensils and Keurig coffee maker. The three-story hotel overlooks a community-friendly courtyard and outdoor spaces where guests can escape to. For a romantic hideaway, guests can stay in the secluded Penthouse Room on the third floor with a private balcony and surrounding views of the Atlantic Ocean and Intercoastal Waterway.

“Fala Hotel is perfect for travelers who are seeking an authentic experience with equally intimate and personalized services,” said Pawel Plata, co-founder of Gzella Collection.

Fala Hotel’s prime location is at the center of Fort Lauderdale’s entertainment and retail district, which includes the Las Olas shopping district, home to luxury retailers, local boutiques, world-class art galleries and al fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy Fort Lauderdale’s beach scene for water sports and activities and oceanfront bars and nightlife. Just a short ride away, travelers can discover the luxe Galleria Mall; cruise from Port Everglades; visit attractions such as Butterfly World, Bonnet House Museum & Gardens and the Museum of Discovery and Science; and enjoy world-class entertainment venues including BB&T Center and Broward Center for Performing Arts.

Fala’s sister properties, Fortuna and Ikona Hotels, opened in 2016. Mirra Hotel, located between Ikona and Fortuna, is Gzella Collection’s fourth property, scheduled to open in 2018. Collectively, the properties showcase individual charm and unique personalities while introducing South Florida travelers to a new level of custom experiences and service intimacy found only in boutique lodging.

Family owned by Polish entrepreneur and real estate investor Miroslaw Gzella, and operated by co-founder and family member Pawel Plata, the hotels within the Gzella Collection take pride on their individuality and ability to be the perfect destination for a tropical, chic and relaxing escape.
